Derbyshire bootleggers, Rotate Distribution Ltd aka rave superstore (ravesuperstore.com) and their copyright deception.
Why was some of your Live DJ Sets not available ?
Due to Rotate Distribution Ltd aka ravesuperstore.com copyrights deception, claiming the rights to everything under the name rave trying to push out anyone that supplies old-school Live DJ sets by using malicious DMCA reports going direct to your Host Server claiming to represent owners of clubs / packs / DJ sets, which we have repeatedly asked for proof of ownership from Rotate Distribution Ltd aka rave superstore as yet no reply. Their silence on copyright ownership when pressed is telling.
What was the battle about ?
GREED Mark David Aldrich & Josephine Sheila Aldrich aka Rotate Distribution Ltd want to control the market so they can set the prices without any competition.
Who are Rotate Distribution Ltd ?
Rotate Distribution Ltd aka cdpacksuperstore.com now called ravesuperstore.com owners Mark David Aldrich & Josephine Sheila Aldrich, Derbyshire bootleggers who be-leave that bootlegging is a legitimate business. Manufacturer and supplier behind Unofficial Releases (Bootlegs) right back from the 90s and still very active today with new Unofficial Releases every week with over 1,500 plus titles, CD Albums and Box Sets.
We put up a test name made up by us “Amnesia Rave” yes there is amnesia house out there and amnesia in Ibiza but nothing called “Amnesia Rave” didn’t take very long in an email Dated 05/10/24 rave superstore aka Rotate Distribution Ltd laid claim to it amongst others, with no proof of ownership.
In a telephone conversation we had with Mark David Aldrich owner of Rotate Distribution Ltd (in the pursuit of trying to get proof of ownership/s) we was told that if we bought our packs from them and sold them in a format they was happy with (i.e. CD Packs they manufactured and supplied) we could continue to sell them without a problem! (which is never going to happen)
Bought from us: What Mark David Aldrich owner of Rotate Distribution Ltd aka cdpacksuperstore.com called at the time now called rave superstore bought from our site, looking back they clearly had plans to go into old school rave as well as the more recent unofficial releases there putting out, so bought the packs from us, started ravesuperstore.com then started the malicious DMCA reports.

With 11K items sold on eBay alone (Rave Superstore) with the average price of around £17.99 each item you can see why Rotate Distribution Ltd will go to any lengths to protect there bootleg business.
Including new for 2025 a solicitor yes I kid you not a solicitor knowingly representing a bootlegger still getting are heads around that one (I suppose money really does talk believe they also call it being bent), solicitor hmm well not off to a great start addressed to the wrong person addressed to the wrong address (letter was forwarded on) full of misleading rubbish that anyone with google could check on.
SRA Code of Conduct for Solicitors, RELs, RFLs and RSLs
Paragraph 1.4 of the Code of Conduct for Solicitors sets out the requirement not to mislead the court, the client or others, either by your own acts or omissions or allowing or being complicit in the acts.. Hmm
Attempts to mislead
By trying to mislead us that image of a word (image we never used) that David Pratley (one of Mark David Aldrich minions) also own the copyright to the word Helter Skelter inside the image.
Tried to impress this by using various images showing 7/8 titles used on our site that used the words Helter Skelter in the title that we should according to the solicitors not be using as the word Helter Skelter was copyrighted to David Pratley according to the letter or should I say the impression the letter is making.
1. Copyright of an image of a word is not the same as copyright of the word itself.
2. You cannot copyright the name Helter Skelter as name itself, being a common English phrase.
Intimidation (bully tactics)
If we would not sign to say that we would no-longer use the words Helter Skelter we could be liable for David Pratley costs and losses. “Wow” a bit concerning what is a unscrupulous bent solicitors hourly rate and how do you workout the losses to someone that releases unofficial releases bootlegs.
Davies & Partners Solicitors Rowan house, Barnett Way, Barnwood, Gloucester, GL4 3RT knew who their clients where and what they wanted and was fully complicit in the acts of trying to mislead us to achieve their clients end goals.
We will be reporting Davies & Partners Solicitors to the SRA.
Unintentionally what the letter does do is confirm Mark David Aldrich aka Rotate Distribution Ltd aka rave superstore and David Pratley aka Helter Skelter, Accelerated Culture, The Technodrome and Da Ja Vu (the Works) involvement in unofficial releases (bootlegs).
More details to follow including upload of letter.
Summary
Rotate Distribution Ltd got a new selling model switching from cdpacksuperstore.com to ravesuperstore.com and House Of Music is in their way, and their going to use any dirty trick necessary to move that obstacle out the way like falsely claiming to hold the rights to the above names or represent non-existent owners that do, also using others to falsely claim ownership on Rotate Distribution Ltd aka ravesuperstore.com behalf and brand new for 2025 unscrupulous bent solicitors.
Rotate Distribution Ltd aka rave superstore (ravesuperstore.com) masquerading as a legitimate company when in reality is a bootleg company.
